A whole Hog is cut to your specifications, however, if you choose standard cut it includes the following:

Ground Pork-24 LBS

Pork Chops ¾ inch – 36

Shoulder Roast – 4

Butt Roast – 2

Fresh Leg– 2

Bacon or Side Pork - 20lbs (Smoked)

Spare Ribs - 8lbs

Ham- 2 Full or cut in half for 4 (Smoked)

Sausage- Made with trim

Hocks- 2 (Smoked)


You will be contacted on order confirmation for your exact cutting order. All orders are done to order and will be ready to collect 2-4 weeks after order. The Price of the whole hog is $600. We require a 25% deposit at the time of ordering, balance will be due upon collection. Product quantities and sizes will vary based on the animal.
